1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

To use the real-money services on f88bet, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one account on f88bet. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended. 5Withdrawals

5.1 Verification Requirement

5.5 Dormant Account Balances

If your account has been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, f88bet may classify the account as dormant and apply a monthly administration fee to the remaining balance, as disclosed in the cashier section. Players are advised to log in regularly or contact support to avoid dormancy charges.

6Bonuses & Promotions

f88bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using bonus funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount) before a withdrawal request will be approved. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Bonus Abuse

f88bet monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "arbing"), and exploiting promotion terms in ways not intended by the Company. Where bonus abuse is identified, f88bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the player's account.

6.4 Promotions Availability

Promotional offers may not be available to all players at all times. f88bet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or restrict any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements will not be retroactively affected by a promotion withdrawal, except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

7Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets offered on f88bet are governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or betting market description. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific game or market.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

f88bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes situations where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, where odds or game parameters have been published in error, or where a bet exceeds the maximum stake limit applicable to a particular market or game.

7.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, f88bet reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. No winnings shall be payable in respect of a game round or wager that was materially affected by a technical error. f88bet shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a malfunction.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding. Players are responsible for ensuring they are happy with the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. f88bet is not responsible for connection delays that may result in a bet being accepted at odds that were no longer current at the time of submission.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f88bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a false identity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

11Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use may result in account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f88bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your f88bet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f88bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if f88bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

f88bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. We may take the platform offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. We are not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of platform unavailability, including inability to place or close a wager during a scheduled or unscheduled outage.

13Suspension & Account Closure

f88bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity as described in Section 5.5 above.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, f88bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the verified balance (excluding any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

14Disputes

Your continued use of the f88bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
